* PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! After 10 minutes, you will be charged a late fee of $15. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. * If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please text me beforehand. Communication is key! It is unfair to my clients after you if you show up late and cut into their appointment time. * If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, please contact me 72 hours or more before your appointment. As far as cancellations, the following rules regarding your deposit: * 72hr notice: 100% of your deposit transferred to new appointment * 48hr notice: 50% of your deposit transferred to new appointment * 24hr or less: deposit is forfeited * No call, no shows will be charged 100% of ther booked service you will be BANNED from booking with me again and deposits will be forfeited!! * THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND AFTER THE SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED! If you don't like something, say something before I finish your set! I am more than glad to fix it for you. PLEASE DO NOT COME WITH ANY EXTRA GUESTS!!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
** note that once you have booked an appointment, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment you will be charged 50% of your booked service appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booked service if you are a no show no exceptions !! **
