⚠️ Must Read Prior to Booking – FierceNailzByZ Client Policy To ensure a smooth, respectful, and luxury experience for all clients, please take a moment to review the following policies before booking. These guidelines protect both your time and mine and allow me to deliver the highest quality service possible. ⸻ Appointment Policy No same-day appointments are accepted. All appointments must be approved by the provider. Clients must arrive with bare nails foreign fills allowed. There are no time limits — quality takes time. ⸻ Nail Design Design inspiration must be sent at least one day before your scheduled appointment. If you don’t have a design in mind, please let me know in advance if you prefer a freestyle set or would like me to choose a design for you. No last-minute changes to your design or service will be accepted during the appointment. ⸻ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. If you’re running more than 5 minutes behind, please send a text. Communication is appreciated. ⸻ Rescheduling and Cancellations You may reschedule once per appointment. All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 72 hours in advance. ⸻ Deposit Transfer Policy 72+ hours notice: 100% of your deposit will be transferred. 48 hours notice: 50% of your deposit will be transferred. 24 hours or less: deposit is forfeited. If a deposit was not made and you cancel your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. ⸻ No Call / No Show Policy Failure to show up without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service to the card on file. Clients who no-show will be permanently banned from booking future appointments. ⸻ Refund Policy There are no refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy or unsure about something during your service, please speak up before your set is completed — I will gladly make any adjustments. ⸻ Guest Policy No extra guests are allowed unless previously approved. This helps maintain a professional and peaceful environment for all clients. ⸻ Policy Enforcement Failure to comply with these policies will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment and a 100% service fee charge. ⸻ Thank you for understanding and supporting these policies.
